Family Resource Advocate — Head Start

What you'll do

• Build trusting relationships with Head Start families
• conduct family assessments and develop partnership agreements
• provide support and case management
• make and follow up on referrals
• interview families and assist with enrollment and eligibility documentation
• coordinate with teaching staff
• provide crisis intervention within agency resources
• share education and health resources
• assist with screenings and health-related follow-up
• maintain confidential records
• fulfill mandated reporter duties
• and monitor children on buses as assigned.
