• Own large, multi-site customer installation rollouts from handoff through closeout
• build project plans and schedules
• lead customer kickoffs and status meetings

• coordinate site readiness, materials, installers, and contractors
• lead the dispatch and coordination team
• and confirm devices are installed, activated, and reporting before handoff.
