Senior Civil Engineer | Project Management

The Senior Civil Engineer | Project Management role is primarily office-based in Seattle, WA, with a limited hybrid arrangement that may allow remote work one day per week after six months. The role leads civil site-development projects from pursuit and planning through design, permitting, construction, and closeout. What you'll do

• Lead civil site-development projects
• develop scopes, fees, schedules, and execution plans
• oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, erosion control, paving, and access design
• manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, and client expectations
• coordinate agencies, consultants, and contractors
• mentor staff
• manage project financials
• support proposals, pursuits, and client development.
