Regional Director

The Regional Director role is remote, with Sacramento, CA preferred and the Los Angeles, CA area also considered. Compensation is $150,000–$180,000 per year, with bonus potential. The role supports Amerit Fleet Solutions, a provider of dedicated fleet maintenance and repair services, and requires travel up to 50% throughout California. The role exists to grow business, improve shop productivity and efficiency, and increase profitability across vehicle service and upfitting operations. It contributes through multi-site leadership, client relationships, operational standards, safety and compliance, sales execution, and ownership of financial performance.

What you'll do

• Maintain operational, safety, compliance, and legal standards
• manage contracts and performance
• supervise service management teams across sites
• develop prospects and revenue opportunities
• execute sales plans and work with business development and marketing on proposals
• provide executive status updates
• resolve client issues
• own P&L and revenue growth
• forecast outcomes and lead annual department budgeting
• train staff on software platforms.
