Groundskeeper/Porter

The Groundskeeper/Porter role is onsite in West Richland, WA, with a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. Pay is $22–$23 per hour. Allied Residential manages properties and builds communities, and this role helps maintain welcoming residential communities. The role keeps grounds, parking areas, common spaces, and facilities clean, safe, and presentable for residents, guests, and team members. It may also support housekeeping and maintenance staff to help property operations run smoothly.

What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness in common areas
• sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors
• clean windows and other surfaces
• empty trash and replenish bathroom supplies
• replace light bulbs and perform minor upkeep
• cut grass, trim shrubs, remove debris, and shovel snow
• transport small equipment or tools
• support housekeeping or maintenance staff with work orders
• attend meetings and training.
