Site Operations Manager, Data Center

The Site Operations Manager role is onsite in Marshfield, MO. Compensation is $105,000–$135,000 per year. The role supports STN’s data center operations within its Infrastructure and DCO reporting structure; STN provides cloud consulting, AI infrastructure, and enterprise security services. The manager leads facility operations and personnel, maintaining critical infrastructure reliability, safety, compliance, and operational performance while coordinating maintenance, incident response, vendors, budgets, and capacity planning.

What you'll do

• Manage daily data center operations and site personnel
• maintain operating procedures
• oversee critical electrical, UPS, generator, switchgear, HVAC, fire-safety, building-management, and environmental-monitoring systems
• ensure preventive and corrective maintenance
• lead incident response and root-cause analysis
• monitor operational KPIs
• manage safety, compliance, vendors, budgets, and capacity planning
• support customers, audits, and operational reviews.
