• Develop and execute the North America education strategy
• lead the annual training roadmap

• manage and mentor education team members
• create live, virtual, and digital learning content
• develop product demonstrations and e-learning
• partner with Marketing and Retail Leadership
• conduct store visits
• lead onboarding
• establish and track education KPIs
• refine programs using performance data and field feedback.
