Compensation is $45–$50 per hour. The Senior Service Technician role is onsite and field-based in Norwalk, CT, with travel to client job sites. Daisy provides smart home and office installation and services, aiming to simplify technology for clients. The technician maintains and troubleshoots audio-visual, networking, control, and security systems while serving as a primary client contact. The role coordinates repairs and upgrades and works with sales, service, and trade teams to deliver reliable client support.

What you'll do

• Build client relationships and advise on optimizing, repairing, and upgrading systems
• assess, test, and maintain audio-visual, networking, control, and security equipment
• identify and manage repairs or upgrades
• document service activities and client interactions in CRM tools
• collaborate with sales, service, and trade teams
• manage a client book and report results to leadership.
