Job overview
The Registered Nurse Supervisor role is onsite in Richmond, VA, with a 3 PM–11 PM shift. Compensation is $46–$50 per hour. Glenburnie Rehabilitation and Nursing Center’s House Supervisor coordinates nursing services and programs under the direction of the Director of Nursing. The supervisor provides oversight across nursing units and shifts to support compliant, coordinated patient care. The role guides staff, manages staffing and patient-care assignments, addresses concerns, and helps ensure nursing operations meet regulatory, policy, and budget expectations.
What you'll do
- Guide and supervise nursing staff across shifts
- ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- supervise the nursing department in the DON/ADON’s absence as directed. Monitor breaks and assignments, coordinate care with medical staff and other departments, manage admissions, discharges, and transfers, conduct rounds, address concerns, participate in recruitment and onboarding, review staffing, and support budget and cost controls.

Why this role
One year of nurse management or leadership experience is preferred. Active, unencumbered RN or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse licensure in the state of employment is required.
