What you'll do

• Provide home- and community-based services to referred families
• observe children in the home weekly and report suspected abuse or neglect to the Department of Child Safety
• conduct outreach, engagement, assessment, service planning, tailored interventions, and care coordination
• conduct home visits once or twice weekly at times convenient for families, which may include evenings and weekends
• promote positive parenting and recommend referrals
• communicate with Department of Child Safety specialists and outside agencies
• guide families in obtaining resources
• attend Department of Child Safety training.
