What you'll do

• Perform advanced maintenance, repairs, and reconditioning on farm equipment
• diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision agriculture systems
• independently determine repair solutions
• mentor junior technicians as needed
• follow service schedules
• document work in reports and work orders
• use diagnostic tools, parts catalogs, and technical resources
• collaborate with departments and team members.
