The Team Brave Director — Dublin Campus role is onsite in Dublin, CA. Compensation is $70,000–$75,000 per year. The director supports Brave Christian Schools’ Dublin campus volunteer teams and helps create a welcoming Sunday experience aligned with the mission to help people find and follow Jesus. The director recruits, onboards, trains, schedules, and supports volunteers and coordinators. By developing healthy teams, maintaining supplies, and preparing for Sundays and special gatherings, the role helps volunteers serve confidently and strengthens campus ministry.

What you'll do

• Recruit and onboard volunteers
• help volunteers find roles suited to their gifts, interests, and availability
• recruit, train, coach, and develop coordinators
• build relationships with team members
• recognize contributions and provide support
• schedule and lead trainings
• communicate schedules and expectations
• identify team needs and fill serving gaps
• evaluate and improve the volunteer experience
• maintain supply inventory and place orders
• prepare team environments and resources for Sundays, events, and trainings
• attend weekly staff meetings and campus gatherings.
