The clerk helps keep finance operations accurate and running smoothly by handling accounts payable and supporting accounts receivable, reconciliations, commission payments, and month-end close. The role also maintains accounting data and can grow into additional responsibilities with training.

What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices, code and enter bills, prepare payments, and maintain vendor records
• support invoicing, collections follow-up, and account reconciliation
• assist with monthly distributions, reconciliations, commission payouts, and month-end close
• enter and maintain data in Macola ERP, with Synergy exposure as responsibilities grow.
