What you'll do

• Provide clinical leadership across skilled nursing communities
• partner with nursing home administrators, directors of nursing, and care teams on quality and compliance
• mentor onsite teams in infection control and clinical practices
• assist with clinical policies and procedures
• conduct site visits, audits, and assessments
• facilitate clinical training
• collaborate with corporate leadership
