Field Service Technician

Job overview

The Field Service Technician role is primarily field-based and onsite, with the department located in Bensenville, IL. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. The position requires travel to customer locations, including 80% travel and occasional international travel.

What you'll do

• Install, inspect, test, and start up machinery at customer sites
• perform routine preventive maintenance
• diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• replace defective components and recommend improvements
• provide customer technical assistance and training
• prepare service reports and maintenance records
• follow safety protocols and mitigate job-site hazards
• travel to customer locations.
