Project Superintendent

What you'll do

• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, labor, materials, and equipment
• communicate daily site activity and project status to the project manager
• perform quality control
• coordinate inspections
• identify safety and schedule issues
• maintain daily site logs
• oversee multiple sites
• lead subcontractor meetings
• track deficiencies and punch lists
• assist with budgeting, bidding, permits, and submittals
• open and secure the jobsite.
