The role coordinates with insurance adjusters and internal teams to support accurate approvals, clear customer updates, and complete repair records.

What you'll do

• Greet and educate guests about the repair process
• examine vehicles and document damage with photos
• determine repair versus replacement feasibility
• estimate parts and labor
• explain itemized estimates
• coordinate with insurance adjusters on estimates and approvals
• update customers on repair status
• maintain repair records
• finalize repair orders and reconcile insurance approvals with accounting.
