What you'll do

• Manage multiple customer accounts and order fulfillment
• build customer relationships and communicate requirements to production
• participate in gross profit reviews
• use technical materials and application knowledge to offer customer solutions
• document interactions in CRM
• enter quotes and orders and maintain customer notes in ERP-CRM systems
• provide quotes and order acknowledgements within 24 hours of request and purchase order
• follow up on quote status
• coordinate estimating and sales input on production methods and pricing
• manage customer inventory requirements
• assist with RMAs and NCMs related to customer complaints.
