The attorney drafts and prosecutes U.S. and international patent applications, advises clients on protecting intellectual property, and helps develop global patent portfolios. The role applies technical and legal expertise to assess patentability and support innovation-related matters.

What you'll do

  • Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications
  • work directly with clients to identify and protect intellectual property
  • assist with global patent portfolio strategy
  • review technical disclosures, conduct prior-art searches, and assess patentability
  • collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on innovation and compliance matters.
