What you'll do

• Lead, train, and manage shift leaders and team members

• ensure food safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• monitor guest satisfaction
• manage scheduling, labor costs, and team performance
• handle inventory, ordering, and cost control
• support hiring, onboarding, and employee development
• ensure accurate cash handling
• assist with local marketing and store initiatives.
