The Care Partner role is onsite in Port Orange, FL, on a full-time 3 PM–11 PM shift; compensation is not specified. The Care Partner provides personal care and daily living assistance in line with residents’ service plans, while helping maintain a safe, supportive living environment. The role also supports residents’ independence, activities, and changing care needs through communication with the health and wellness director and other departments.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living according to service plans
• perform assigned housekeeping and laundry
• participate in shift reports
• escort residents to life enrichment programs
• respond to resident pendant or wearable calls
• communicate changes in resident needs
• maintain infection control practices and confidentiality
• report incidents and prepare for emergencies.
