Associate Medical Director

The Associate Medical Director role is onsite in Stockton, CA, with a stated base salary range of $275,000–$305,000 per year, plus bonus and equity. The role is part of the management team and interdisciplinary team providing coordinated care to PACE participants. The Associate Medical Director helps lead participant medical care, clinical staffing, quality improvement, and operational planning. The position works with the Medical Director and clinical, market, and central leadership to improve care quality, participant outcomes, and service utilization.

What you'll do

• Assume responsibility for participant medical care
• recruit, train, collaborate with, and supervise providers and clinical staff
• manage provider staffing and direct reports
• provide direct care or provider oversight as suited to the program
• support care pathways for complex conditions
• oversee quality improvement programs, committees, and Board reports
• monitor clinical and financial outcomes
• participate in executive planning, budgeting, and oversight
• support provider relationships and network development.
