What you'll do

• Learn to operate multi-axis CNC Swiss-style machines and bar feeders
• interpret blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
• inspect products
• learn tool changes, sharpening, toolmaking, and offset adjustments
• check materials
• maintain equipment fluid levels and a clean, safe workstation
• communicate job and quality status
• verify cycle times
• document production and in-process inspections.
