What you'll do

• Provide friendly, accurate member service
• process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, cash advances, and monetary instrument purchases
• open accounts and assist with loan inquiries
• recommend products and services
• research and resolve member concerns
• support cash management, balancing, night and ATM deposits, and security and documentation requirements.
