What you'll do

• Manage construction and tenant-improvement projects from conception through tenant opening
• plan scope, budgets, and schedules
• prepare estimates and manage budgets, timelines, and change orders
• negotiate construction-related contracts
• identify dispute risks and value-engineering opportunities
• conduct site inspections and review pay applications
• coordinate project parties, permits, inspections, tenant plans, and tenant allowances
• manage project close-out and handoff documentation
• support due diligence and cost tracking
• mentor construction managers and improve team processes
• some travel is required.
