What you'll do

• Represent clients in construction and commercial litigation
• manage pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• develop litigation strategy and work with clients
• conduct legal research and draft briefs
• prepare cases for trial
• participate in negotiations, settlement discussions, and alternative dispute resolution
• build client relationships and contribute to practice growth.
