This role supports the healthcare team at the Holy Redeemer Health System Meadowbrook Campus and the Lafayette campus, providing essential nutritional services on a per-diem basis. This role exists to provide flexible nutritional support, covering vacations and hospital rotations to ensure consistent patient care. The dietitian will assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of life for patients in long-term care, short-stay rehab, and acute hospital settings.
