The Line Cook role is onsite in Highland, MI; compensation is $18–$22 per hour. Suser Restaurant Group operates Sparkies Kitchen & Bar, Stella’s Table, and Union 212 Banquet Hall in the lakes area of Oakland County. The cook prepares dishes to recipe and quality standards while keeping the line clean, organized, and stocked. The role supports the restaurants’ guest experience through accurate, timely cooking and safe kitchen practices.

What you'll do

• Prepare dishes using fresh products
• follow written recipes and order tickets
• maintain a clean, organized, and stocked line
• follow cost-control practices, health codes, food rotation, labeling, and sanitation procedures
• work with the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
