Assistant General Manager

The role helps maintain a safe, clean, and consistent facility while supporting park goals.

What you'll do

• Support the General Manager and lead the park in the GM’s absence
• lead opening, closing, and daily operating routines
• coach managers and team members
• uphold operating and safety standards
• monitor labor, spending, inventory, and results
• assist with financial reporting and budgets
• support recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and retention
• resolve guest concerns
• support promotions and sales initiatives
• oversee food and beverage operations, food safety, inventory, sanitation, and equipment.
