The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Aurora, NE; Westfield Quality Care of Aurora is a long-term nursing facility focused on providing high-quality care to residents. The CNA provides direct care according to individualized care plans, assists residents with daily living activities and mobility, documents care and progress, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team. What you'll do

• Provide direct care and assist with daily living activities, transfers, and vital signs
• maintain a clean and safe resident environment
• work with the interdisciplinary team on personalized care plans
• administer medications and treatments as directed by nursing staff
• document care and progress
• use assistive devices and equipment to support safety and mobility.
