Life Enrichment Coordinator

Job overview

The Life Enrichment Coordinator role is onsite in West End, North Carolina. Pay is $12–$20 per hour. Seven Lakes Assisted Living aims to create a community where seniors thrive physically, emotionally, and socially through meaningful connections and engaging activities. The coordinator designs and delivers a varied activity calendar tailored to residents’ interests, abilities, and needs. The role promotes participation, purpose, and well-being, including adapted programming for residents living with dementia, while coordinating with families, volunteers, community partners, and care teams.

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate activities, events, and outings
• develop monthly activity calendars
• build relationships with residents and encourage inclusive participation
• design and adapt memory-care activities
• recruit, train, and manage volunteers
• coordinate special events and family gatherings
• maintain participation records and program evaluations
• follow applicable regulations and company policies
• collaborate with care, dining, and leadership teams and participate in care-plan meetings.
