Customer Support Representative

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by email, phone, and support tickets
• assist with onboarding and account setup
• troubleshoot basic product issues
• escalate complex technical issues with context and documentation
• track customer interactions and resolutions
• provide feedback to improve support resources
• collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Professional Development, and Product teams.
