What you'll do

• Manage weekly division staff meeting operations and executive briefing packages
• coordinate agency-level engineering updates and directorate status briefings
• track technical review milestones and deliver executive summaries
• operate as the primary ETMS2 action officer and drive taskers to closure
• route classified and unclassified tasking in accordance with handling rules
• coordinate public release packages
• lead annual historical summaries and data calls
• integrate annual CARD updates and manage PESHE updates
• oversee baseline documentation and configuration-controlled archives.
