Door Repair Technician

Job overview

The Door Repair Technician is based in Saco, ME and works at healthcare facilities and new construction sites, with travel required at least 50% of the time. The role supports timely repair delivery by installing approved materials correctly, managing inventory, and coordinating access with clients and the Door Division Manager.

What you'll do

• Repair fire-rated doors and frames using approved materials
• install repair materials correctly
• document repairs in Procore
• manage inventory
• work with clients to access sensitive areas, including operating areas or locations requiring night work
• report to job sites during facility operating hours
• assist the Door Division Manager with timely repair delivery.
