What you'll do

• Provide IT support and backup support for Business Development end users
• manage spare peripheral hardware for immediate replacement
• liaise between IT and Business Development on projects such as meeting-room upgrades and hardware refreshes
• provide standby support for high-priority meetings
• troubleshoot computers, peripherals, mobile devices, conferencing systems, Office 365, and proprietary software
• and provide mobility support, deployments, and migrations. Home visits, after-hours support, and overtime may be required as described.
