What you'll do

• Lead daily Day Treatment operations and services
• supervise, coach, and develop clinical and support staff
• monitor clinical services, documentation, authorizations, and compliance
• oversee assessments, person-centered plans, crisis plans, and treatment planning
• lead staff meetings, training, onboarding, and professional development
• participate in hiring and performance management
• develop referral relationships and promote services through outreach
• monitor program effectiveness and oversee resources, equipment, supplies, and facility needs.
