What you'll do

• Serve guests and build meaningful connections
• complete opening and closing tasks
• take responsibility for the restaurant when a manager is not on duty
• direct team duties
• maintain menu and product knowledge
• support stations, including the kitchen
• prepare food and complete side work
• follow cash-handling and payment procedures
• maintain health department standards, alcohol-handling policies, food storage, hygiene, and uniform standards.
