Job overview

The Home Health Aide role provides onsite care in client homes in Mantua Township, NJ, and surrounding South Jersey communities. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. Care Right There Home Care provides senior care, personal care, and companionship in clients’ homes. Working under a Registered Nurse’s supervision, the aide supports clients’ daily needs, comfort, dignity, and independence through personal care, household assistance, meal preparation, mobility support, companionship, and reporting changes in condition.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility
• provide companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• plan and prepare meals and shop for groceries
• assist with ambulation, transfers, and prescribed exercises
• follow care needs while supporting client dignity
• monitor and report changes in condition to the supervising nurse
• attend ongoing training and continuing education.
