What you'll do

• Maintain public and common areas, including sidewalks, litter, landscaping, windows, and furniture
• clean and maintain the pool area
• assist with make-ready work in vacant units
• maintain trash and dumpster areas
• deliver resident notices
• assist maintenance staff
• perform basic maintenance and assigned service requests
• follow safe work practices and attend required training and meetings.
