The Retail Keyholder role is an onsite position in Waldorf, MD. Pay is $15.50–$18.25 per hour. With moderate supervision, the keyholder supports store management by helping execute and supervise store activities. The role combines guest service and sales with inventory, operational, and opening and closing responsibilities to support store goals and repeat business.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests, answer questions, recommend products and promotions, process purchases and returns, complete omnichannel orders, maintain store cleanliness and merchandising, manage inventory and loss prevention tasks, complete cash reconciliation and deposits, follow opening and closing procedures, and supervise or delegate to sales associates when management is absent.
