What you'll do

• Maintain property compliance and ensure timely recertifications and renewals
• support customer service and leasing standards
• review resident files and accounting records for unpaid or late fees
• communicate with residents about balances and implement collection procedures
• respond to resident requests and resolve issues
• organize resident activities and maintain newsletters and retention programs
• identify operational improvements
• manage occupancy, collections, and expenses
• oversee the community’s physical and financial health.
