The Equipment Operator / Frac Operator - Pump Down, Toe Prep & Frac Support is an onsite role based in Midland, TX. Compensation is not specified in the posting. This role exists to safely operate and maintain specialized oilfield equipment, including frac pumps and blenders, to ensure efficient wellsite operations. The operator contributes to the team by performing preventative maintenance, assisting with rig up/down, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed during high-pressure operations.

What you'll do

• Safely operate and maintain assigned equipment.
• Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with rig up, rig down, and equipment mobilization.
• Complete required paperwork, JSA's, inspections, and safety documentation.
• Follow all customer and company safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues in the field.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work effectively with customers, supervisors, and fellow crew members.
• Represent Hire Energy OFS professionally at all times.
