The Manufacturing Operator role is onsite in Newport, VT, on the Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour, with a 10% shift differential. The operator supports production of protective equipment through assigned manufacturing tasks, following work instructions and safety procedures while maintaining quality standards. What you'll do

• Depending on assignment, perform assembly, cutting, edge blasting and drilling, molding, painting, finishing, trimming, bonding, or stapling
• conduct visual quality inspections
• follow work instructions and safety procedures
• support production goals and quality standards.
