What you'll do

• Provide nursing care as prescribed by physicians and directed by the Director of Nursing
• obtain changes to physician orders as indicated

• administer ordered medications and treatments
• document pressure sore status
• monitor medication and medical-supply inventory
• participate in resident and family skin-care education and quality improvement activities.
