What you'll do

• Prepare and serve or deliver meals and snacks to patients, guests, and staff, including in-house catered events. Read menus, diet orders, and food requests
• follow receiving, storage, and safe-handling policies
• prepare food according to direction and schedule
• disassemble trays, wash dishes, put clean items away, and clean work surfaces, cabinets, and equipment.
