The role leads staffing, quality improvement, compliance, financial stewardship, and coordination of patient care and transitions.

• Lead daily program operations
• develop and monitor goals, policies, and performance plans
• ensure staffing and regulatory compliance
• lead interdisciplinary teams
• monitor operational and patient outcome metrics
• oversee quality assurance, audits, documentation, and patient rights
• manage budgets and resources
• recruit and supervise staff
• coordinate treatment and discharge planning
• and participate in the administrative on-call rotation.
