Sales Representative, Commercial Property Services

The Sales Representative, Commercial Property Services role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN. Compensation is $80,000–$110,000 per year. What you'll do

• Develop sales opportunities through outbound emails, calls, and lead follow-ups
• understand customer needs and identify opportunities
• answer questions and resolve concerns
• manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing
• maintain conversion on company-provided leads
• maintain prospect databases
• research new leads and business opportunities
• stay current on services and competitor offerings
• upsell when appropriate
• travel to job sites as required.
