What you'll do
- Support resident service and retention, property operations, housing-law compliance, marketing and leasing records, subsidy administration, resident activities, rent collection, deposits, invoices, budgets, delinquency tracking, and property reporting.
- Assist the Property Manager with purchases and prepare move-out materials.
- Supervisory duties may include coaching, training, evaluating, and hiring staff as applicable.
