What you'll do

• Maintain positive working relationships with residents, families, and associates
• prepare and present meals according to planned menus, accommodating special diets in a fine-dining style
• prepare for upcoming meals and events
• track food inventory, usage, and deliveries
• keep refrigerators and freezers clean and organized and monitor temperatures
• prepare, store, and label food according to kitchen procedures
• ensure only food-serving items are present around the serving station
• use cleaners and hazardous materials according to department procedures.
