What you'll do

• Gain hands-on exposure to helpdesk ticketing and end-user issue resolution
• learn about identity and access management, collaboration platforms, Azure and server administration, endpoint management, IT asset management, network management, and cybersecurity
• participate in real IT project work with mentorship from an IT Systems Administrator.
